Charland Rurey is proud to announce that we have recently completed the new Rick Case Genesis Service Center in Plantation, Florida. This 15,400 SF facility consists of 19 service bays with in-ground lifts, an air conditioned service bay, a carbon monoxide evacuation system, a 3,400 SF 2-story parts storage mezzanine with a 2-story platform lift, locker room and staff restrooms. The scope also included site improvements consisting of a 35,000 SF Parking Lot renovation with new drainage, lighting and landscaping.

Stuart, Florida
This project, located in Stuart, Florida, is a ground up hotel which is being constructed on a 3.5-acre site. This 64,000 SF, 4-story hotel is comprised of 98 guest rooms and features meeting spaces, offices, a fitness center, pool, housekeeping service areas, guest breakfast area, lounge spaces and full landscaping.
JIFFY LUBE
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Project consists of a ground-up Jiffy Lube multicare facility in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This 3,725 SF Jiffy Lube includes multiple service bays, an office, a client waiting area, bathrooms and employee break facilities.
LAKESIDE TOWN SHOPS
Davie, Florida
Project scope included complete demolition of an existing large store shell at the Lakeside Town Shops, which was converted into a Ross Department Store. Located in Davie, Florida, the demolition consisted of tearing down a large portion of the roof and existing tilt wall panels. From there, the store footprint was expanded by 1,500 square-feet right next to an existing drywall partition for another tenant that Charland Rurey waterproofed in advance to keep moisture at bay. In addition, they made main fire line modifications and added additional fire line.

Charland Rurey completed construction on Claro Video in Miami, Florida. This project included office space, employee kitchen/break area, client workstations and custom glass walls.
INNOVO LIVING ON ATLANTIC
Coral Springs, Florida
Charland Rurey completed construction on this stunning Clubhouse for Innovo Living On Atlantic. This ground up project included custom wood ceiling embellishments, unique architectural lighting and visually pleasing wood floors to create a luxury environment. Add in the custom built rock wall, 2 lane outdoor lap pool, full boxing ring and work out facilities, the Innovo Living On Atlantic Clubhouse is truly a step above.

Charland Rurey has completed construction on a Score at the Top tutoring center located in West Palm Beach, Florida. This location build out encapsulated an entire floor of an office building totaling 15,000 SF.
