Charland Rurey completed this 10,000-square foot anchor shell retail center in Coral Springs, Florida. In addition to the shell, we also completed 2,000 square feet of tenant improvements to the flower shop for 1-800-Flowers. The upgrades included refrigeration units for the flowers, custom plumbing, and work counters for staff.
