This project required phasing the construction process for the approximately 10,000-square foot expansion of the existing Bed Bath and Beyond facility, as well as the 24,500-square foot renovation of the existing interior. The parking lot and storm drainage systems were completely reconfigured and expanded and the landscaping was installed, all while maintaining day-to-day store operations.
