EINSTEIN BROS. BAGELS

Davie and Miami, Florida

Charland Rurey has completed two installations of Einstein Bros. Bagels; one located at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida; and the other at St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. At Nova Southeastern University, this 2,600-square foot project consisted of a pre-existing space build out at the University’s Food Court. Additionally, Charland Rurey completed an Einstein Bros. Bagels at St. Thomas University located in the Student Food Court. Einstein Bros. Bagels is a welcome addition to existing student amenities at both campuses.
