LAKESIDE TOWN SHOPS

Davie, Florida

Project scope included complete demolition of an existing large store shell at the Lakeside Town Shops, which was converted into a Ross Department Store. Located in Davie, Florida, the demolition consisted of tearing down a large portion of the roof and existing tilt wall panels.  From there, the store footprint was expanded by 1,500 square-feet right next to an existing drywall partition for another tenant that Charland Rurey waterproofed in advance to keep moisture at bay.  In addition, they made main fire line modifications and added additional fire line.
