Charland Rurey served as the Program Manager on this project for the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, based at the University of Florida in Gainesville. The Pi Kappa Phi House serves as the residence for 46 men and includes amenities such as: huge landscaped backyard with basketball court and BBQ Pit, full Commercial Kitchen, Dining Facilities for up to 150, Conference Rooms, Recreational and Living Rooms, plus bathrooms and full laundry center.
